Originally Millstream Chichester was two separate national parks, but they are now joined to form one massive park (hence the double-barrelled name). This park is very beautiful and I thought it deserved its very own post.

-
Heading back to the coast from Karijini, I headed through the rich, red Pilbara, hurling myself out of the way of the massive road trains I encountered along the way.
-
Still heading north, I visited Wiluna. This small town is situated on the edge of the Little Sandy and Gibson Deserts.
-
On September 5th, 2019, I celebrated travelling and living on the road for two years.
-
After hanging around in the south for winter, I decided it was time to head further north to (hopefully) experience some warmer weather.
-
Okay, here is one more big rock! Kokerbin Rock, in the wheatbelt of WA, is thought to be the second largest monolith in the world after Uluru.
-
I am still enjoying travelling around on the inland country roads. I headed to the town of Southern Cross, named after the prominent constellation in our winter night sky.
-
Well, winter is the main rainy season down on the coast in the south-west of WA. But I decided to head back inland, in the hope that it may be a bit…
-
Originally a fire break, the Heartbreak Trail was named to reflect the suffering it took to carve this track through the rugged and densely forested country of Warren National Park.
-
I headed back to my favourite Fitzgerald River National Park to do a spot of whale watching.
